Our courses are fully accredited
Northwest Nazarene University and Adams State University offer bachelor’s, master's, and doctoral degrees in a range of content areas. NNU is accredited by the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities while ASU is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools. Both of these accrediting bodies are recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA).

World Language PD went through a rigorous process to have its course offerings recognized by NNU and ASU. As such, participants who take courses with World Language PD receive an official transcript from NNU or ASU documenting course completion. There is no annotation as to whether this course was completed online or on campus or that this course was taken through World Language PD.

Adams State University is not affiliated with World Language PD, LLC; however, our courses are accredited by them at the graduate level. Likewise, Northwest Nazarene University is not affiliated with World Language PD, LLC; however, our courses are accredited by them at the graduate level (non-degree seeking). Always check with the receiving institution to verify eligibility of our courses before enrolling. Professional Development Hours are issued via a Certificate of Evidence of Completion for Illinois licensed teachers. These certificates are accepted in many states, but always check with your state’s licensing board first to verify acceptance. Auditing a course allows a student to take a class without the benefit of a grade or credit; as such, auditing does not award a certificate or credit of any kind. Finally, we are not affiliated with the Illinois State Board of Education.
