Adams State University students do not have online access to view their transcripts; however, they will automatically receive a complimentary transcript after final grades have been posted for their class(es). If you would like an additional copy or need a copy sent elsewhere, please use the following official transcript request form (additional charges may apply​).

Students who took courses for PD points should contact us directly if they did not automatically receive their certificate.

Professional Development Hours are issued via a Certificate of Evidence of Completion for Illinois licensed teachers. These certificates are accepted in many states, but always check with your state’s licensing board first to verify acceptance. Auditing a course allows a student to take a class without the benefit of a grade or credit; as such, auditing does not award a certificate or credit of any kind. Finally, we are not affiliated with the Illinois State Board of Education.
