Official transcripts are processed and sent by the university partner in question. Before submitting your request, please make sure that your course has officially ended and that grades have posted. Grades typically post within a week after submission by the instructor.

Northwest Nazarene University students have access to their "PDLearn" account to view unofficial transcripts. They can also order an official transcript here (additional charges may apply). Do not use other transcript request forms or deviate from this particular form.

Colorado State University-Pueblo students have access to their "PAWS" account to view unofficial transcripts. They can also order an official transcript here (additional charges may apply).

Southern Utah University students have access to their "SUU Portal" account to view unofficial transcripts. They can also order an official transcript here (additional charges may apply).
